The Role
As a Senior Power Platform Technical Consultant at Zühlke, you will be joining our skilled and experienced low-code team, contributing as a vital member of its leadership. Your mission includes building and expanding our Power Platform expertise across the organization while shaping the future of low-code solutions at Zühlke. You’ll lead projects from acquisition through delivery, define our Power Platform strategy, and forge strategic partnerships—especially with Microsoft—to position Zühlke at the forefront of digital transformation. With your technical expertise, you’ll not only oversee the successful execution of client projects but also drive team growth, ensuring we consistently deliver outstanding, innovative results.
How You’ll Make Impact:
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor and consultant for our clients, specializing in Microsoft Power Platform.
- Lead the discovery and assessment phase to identify opportunities for Power Platform implementation within clients\‘ businesses, and develop strategies for successful adoption.
- Develop and present business cases to clients, demonstrating the value and ROI of Power Platform implementations, and aligning them with strategic objectives.
- Design and deliver Power Platform solutions that meet clients\‘ business requirements, leveraging low-code development principles and best practices.
- Introduce citizen development practices, empowering business users to build low-code solutions.
- Establish and enforce governance practices and policies for Power Platform implementations, ensuring compliance, security, and data privacy.
- Lead a team of Power Platform consultants, participating in hiring and onboarding, and providing mentorship.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their existing systems, processes, and pain points, and provide recommendations on how Power Platform can streamline operations and drive efficiency.
What’s important to us:
- Extensive experience (5+ years) working as a technical consultant or developer, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of Power Platform including their features, functionalities, and integration capabilities.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering Power Platform projects, including solution design, development, and deployment.
- Experience in introducing Power Platform within organizations, driving adoption, and change management.
- Familiarity with the broader Microsoft portfolio and the ability to leverage it to enhance Power Platform solutions.
- Excellent business acumen, with the ability to build compelling business cases that demonstrate the value and ROI of Power Platform implementations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams. Fluent in German and English.
