In our Claims unit, you will work at the intersection of law, insurance technology, and customer needs: You will contribute to resolving disputed benefit cases fairly, efficiently, and on a sound legal basis, thereby making a direct contribution to the quality of results at Zurich Switzerland.Together with the team, you will ensure that our company is competently represented in objection and appeal proceedings (UVG) as well as in selected civil proceedings – from legal assessment and the definition of strategy to settlement solutions or court judgments. You will work closely with internal claims and benefits specialists, underwriting, product development, and external law firms. You can expect a collegial, dynamic, and customer-oriented environment in which legal, technical, and economic perspectives are equally important.
