About the role We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant for our CEO to help scale Copenhagen Atomics to a become a $10 billion company. We are currently close to 100 people in Copenhagen Atomics covering two locations: Tårnby, Denmark Zug, Switzerland. Your job will be to answer emails, book meetings, take notes and make our CEO twice as productive. You will take part in meetings with top level government representatives in the biggest countries in the world and meetings with other influential global leaders. This is a highly strategic role, where you will be in the engine room while we build the biggest company that Europe has ever seen. You’ll play an important role in Efficiency — help our CEO move faster and get the best out of every meeting and email. Alert — your role is always to catch the ball, such that we keep the game in flow. Professionalism — help make the organization look and act professionally. Confidentiality — In this job you cannot tell your closest family or friends about what you hear and see. 24/7 — You are expected to be able to organize your private life to match the schedule of our CEO. To succeed in the role, you Have 5+ years of professional experience working as a personal assistant to a CxO. You speak and write Swiss and English at a professional level. You also have a high IQ. You have humor and score high on trust, honesty and truth. Enjoy working under pressure and love to be on the winning team. Are a person who is never a burden to your surroundings.
