Responsibilities
- Conduct research on seagrass stress tolerance mechanisms
- Utilize high-throughput microbiome analysis, transcriptomic and metabolomic analysis

Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Biology, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, or a related subject
- Experience with metabolomic or transcriptomic analyses
- Basic knowledge in plant physiology or plant stress ecology
- Basic skills in scripting languages (Python or PERL) or multivariate statistics (R-package)
- Proficiency in English
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in eco-evolutionary experiments
- Experience with microbiological techniques
- Knowledge of seagrasses or other macrophytes
- Knowledge in coastal marine ecology
- Research diving qualification
