Job Description
Successful candidates will investigate the molecular and cellular mechanisms regulating tissue repair and the emergence of diseases, with a focus on fibrosis and cancer. Key responsibilities will include:
- Studying epigenetic and transcriptional reprogramming in regenerative states
- Exploring gene regulation and metabolic rewiring in tissue dynamics
- Investigating cell-cell interactions between stromal and epithelial cells to understand their role in regeneration and quiescence
- Analyzing cell adhesion and cell matrix interactions to identify the direct players involved in tissue regulation
