Service Technician for Measurement and Testing Systems

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Technician to join our German subsidiary. In this role, you will support customers throughout Germany by commissioning, maintaining and repairing our advanced measurement and testing systems. Working both on-site and from our branch office in Pulheim-Brauweiler, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliable operation and long-term performance of our equipment.

Success in this role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving ability and a customer-focused approach. You will work independently, diagnose faults, perform calibrations and maintenance activities, and help customers achieve the highest levels of quality and process reliability.

About the Role

Your Main Responsibilities

• Commissioning, maintenance, and repair of measurement and testing systems at customer sites throughout Germany
• Carrying out repair and calibration work at our subsidiary location in Pulheim-Brauweiler
• Preparing service documentation and ordering spare parts as required
• Diagnosing faults and troubleshooting technical issues

Your Profile

• Completed training as an Electronics Technician or Mechatronics Technician, ideally with further qualification as a State-Certified Technician
• Experience in customer service, ideally within measurement and control technology or electrical engineering
• Good PC skills, including MS Office, Outlook, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), as well as PLC experience
• Valid Class B driving licence
• Excellent written and spoken German; English language skills are an advantage
• Reliable, committed, and customer-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
