We’re looking for a Sales Administration Specialist to join our international team at our headquarters in Orpund. This is a full-time, office-based position, working closely with customers, Area Sales Managers and colleagues around the world to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of orders and delivery of our products and services.

About the Role Your Main Responsibilities
Independently coordinate and monitor customer orders while supporting Area Sales Managers.
Take responsibility for the entire order management process, from order entry through to invoicing.
Ensure and monitor the timely execution of customer orders.
Plan and organize shipments, including export and customs documentation.
Maintain and update relevant master data within the ERP system.
Participate occasionally in national and international trade fairs, if interested.
Your Profile
Completed commercial/business administration training or an equivalent qualification.
Professional experience in international capital equipment or industrial goods business.
Knowledge and experience in export administration and export financing, including letters of credit (L/Cs) and bank guarantees.
Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a structured, detail-oriented approach to work.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is an advantage.
Excellent written and spoken German, with good French and English skills. Additional languages are a plus.
Independent, proactive, and reliable working style, with flexibility and resilience.
