Define and execute the company's long-term technology and innovation strategy Lead and develop a multidisciplinary R&D organization spanning hardware, software, electronics, optics, and systems engineering Contribute as a key member of the Executive Management Team Drive product innovation and shape the technology roadmap Oversee R&D investments, resource allocation, and strategic priorities Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and technical excellence Your Profile:
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in R&D, engineering, or technology management Proven track record of leading large, multidisciplinary engineering teams Strong background in industrial technology, automation, sensors, or high-precision measurement systems Demonstrated success in developing technology strategy and bringing innovative products to market Strong business acumen and executive-level leadership capabilities Masters or PhD degree in Engineering, Physics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field Fluent English communication skills (German is a plus) Play a key role in shaping the long-term technological direction of a global leader Work on innovative, high-precision solutions trusted by manufacturers worldwide Join a company known for Swiss quality, reliability, and engineering excellence Collaborate with an international, multidisciplinary team Thrive in a dynamic environment where your ideas have real impact This opportunity is ideally suited for an experienced CTO, VP Engineering, Technology Director, or Head of R&D ready to take on a pivotal leadership role in an internationally recognized Swiss technology company.
