Outbound Logistics Team Lead (M/F/D) in Aachen

Overview

In this role you lead a highly automated outbound logistics operation, ensuring timely and safe delivery of medicines to patients. You will build and develop a quality-driven team within a GDP/compliant, 5S-oriented environment and collaborate across management to drive continuous improvement. The position offers the chance to shape logistics at scale in a purpose-driven healthcare company and to advance into senior leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role in a state-of-the-art facility.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Onboard, coach, evaluate, and develop team members

Zentrale Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO) or equivalent experience in logistics
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a logistics environment
• Background in pharma or highly regulated industries is a major plus
• Fluent English; strong command of Dutch or German
• Structured, goal-oriented, capable of working under pressure
• Flexible with shifts (including weekends) and job rotation
