Your responsibilities
Lead our high-performance data path team, driving CPU/GPU integration for next‑gen quantum computing instruments.
Drive all aspects of people development in close collaboration with our HR team.
Engage in architecture decisions for backend- and server‑SW.
Build engineering capability, manage technical debt and optimize delivery processes.
Own delivery of features.
Align with stakeholders, including product management, cross‑functional agile development teams, or our Engineering Productivity team.
Your profile
MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
3+ years leading a software engineering team, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Broad C++ experience in a professional environment.
Familiarity with networking protocols, and interfacing with firmware or specialized hardware.
Experience withCUDA, Python, or Rust (Nice-to-have)
Exposure toRDMA/RoCE, high‑performance computing, or low‑latency systems (Nice-to-have).
Background in controlling lab equipment (Nice-to-have).
