With the software Team Data Transfer, you lead a group of proven experts, accelerating our solutions with technologies such as Cap’n proto, Ro CE and NVQLink.

Your responsibilities
Lead the software team Data Transfer consisting of highly skilled development engineers.
Drive all aspects of people development in close collaboration with the HR team.
Engage in architecture decisions for backend- and server-SW.
Build engineering capability, manage technical debt and optimize delivery processes.
Design and implement new functionalities.
Align with stakeholders, including product management, cross-functional agile development teams, or our Engineering Productivity Team.
Your profile
BSc, MSc, or Ph D in Computational Science, Physics, Software- or Electrical Engineering, or in an equivalent field.
At least 3 years of experience as a team leader, with outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Broad experience with C++; experience with CUDA, Python and Rust is a plus.
Familiar with networking, interfaces to firmware, specialized hardware, and laboratory test equipment.
Experience with data transfer protocols and remote procedure calls.
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
