Overview
In this role you lead Zurich Resilience Solutions' global risk advisory proposition, shaping thought leadership and cross-country delivery. You drive market-facing risk advisory offerings for clients and Zurich's own business units, with a focus on climate, cyber, business continuity, and enterprise risk management. You will build a scalable, international advisory business through partnerships, strategic guidance, and a strong network of prospective customers. This is a chance to influence resilience agendas at a global insurer and advance sustainable risk solutions.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead the development of ZRS’s advisory proposition for new and existing customers
- Define global go-to-market strategy for risk advisory with independent clients
- Manage and align global vertical leaders (Cyber, Climate, BCM, ERM) to shape propositions
- Drive Zurich’s resilience thought leadership via publications, events, and partnerships
- Oversee customer-facing risk advisory teams across regions and countries
- Collaborate with local teams to embed risk advisory solutions into propositions and GTM
- Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to translate into actionable initiatives
- Develop concrete risk mitigation strategies and integrated propositions leveraging cross-line capabilities
- Work with Group Risk, Underwriting and stakeholders to integrate advisory solutions into broader strategy
- Explore partnerships to enhance the service offering; coach regional leaders to ensure consistent delivery
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Experience in risk advisory, consulting, risk engineering or related field with multi-sector exposure
- Proven track record in developing and delivering risk advisory propositions in a complex, international environment
- Strong commercial experience in building/scaling new business with direct customer interactions
- Ability to translate technical risk concepts into actionable insights for senior stakeholders
- Ability to build and leverage a network of prospective customers
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across functions and geographies
- Ability to influence and lead within a global matrix structure
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
