Defensive Security Engineer

I\’m working with a renowned tech company known for innovating in the AI space. With a small, but highly skilled team, they\’re transforming multiple industries via AI solutions. Using new tech, they understand that security should be priority.
As a Defensive Security Engineer, you will reinforce the company\’s security posture, find vulnerabilities and protect vital AI systems and customer data.
Responsibilities:
– You will design and maintain security controls across cloud, network and application environments
– You will monitor and respond to security incidents, leading investigations and mitigation efforts
– You will work closely with AI engineers and developers to embed security best practices in the SDLC
– You will contribute to security architecture reviews, compliance checks and documentation
Required Skills:
– You have C1+ German and B2+ English language skills
– You have 3+ years of experience in defensive security: SOC, blue team or similar roles
– You have technical hands-on experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR and cloud security tools
– You have a solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Desired Skills:
– You have a deep understanding of machine learning
– You already have experience working with AI-driven platforms
