Responsibilities
- Configuration, commissioning and operation of complex networks and network components and lines (SDWAN, WAN, security) in close coordination with the customer
- Main contact person for the customer for the technical implementation of the requirements
- Error localization and troubleshooting in the network in 3rd level support including documentation including patch and release management
- Responsible for the complete handover of installed components to colleagues in the Service Assurance team
- Ensuring correct documentation in the order system with all relevant data for troubleshooting, operation and invoicing
Required Skills:
- Exceptionally customer-focused.
- Extensive professional experience spanning many years in routing and switching within CISCO networks, including expertise in SDWAN, MPLS, and more.
- Highly proficient in contemporary LAN/WAN technologies such as SDWAN, MPLS, Ethernet, Routing & Switching, QoS, Security, among others.
- CCNA,CCNP and CCIE very desirable.
