Information Security Manager – Full Package up to €90,000 – (Fluent German Needed)

The Role
- Take operational responsibility for the Information Security Management System (ISMS), ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations, including ISO 27001, TISAX, GDPR (DS-GVO), BSI C5, DORA, and NIS-2.
- Support and manage projects aimed at enhancing information security while preparing, conducting, and following up on audits (e.g., ISO 27001, TISAX, BSI C5, ISAE 3402).
- Lead a small team to ensure the effective implementation and continuous development of the ISMS.
Your Profile
- A degree in business informatics, IT, information security, cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in information security, with in-depth knowledge of the ISO 27001 standard.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, suitable for interaction at all organizational levels.
- Initial experience in team leadership or management is a plus.
