Embedded Software Engineer (System Integration)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ADAS software for series‑production vehicle systems
• Implement software modules in C/C++ on embedded automotive platforms
• Work on ADAS functions such as perception, sensor fusion, or driving assistance features
• Collaborate with system, test, and vehicle integration teams
• Support software integration, testing, and validation (SIL / HIL / vehicle testing)
• Ensure software quality in compliance with automotive standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262)
• Participate in technical discussions with OEM and partner engineering teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
• Professional experience in automotive or ADAS software development
• Strong programming skills in C/C++ ; Python is a plus
• Experience with embedded systems and real‑time software development
• Knowledge of automotive development processes and tools (e.g. AUTOSAR, CAN, Git, CI/CD)
• Familiarity with ADAS sensors (camera, radar, lidar) is an advantage
• Structured and quality‑oriented working style
• Very good German & English skills; Chinese is a plus but not mandatory
