Global Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d), MIS Service

Evident – a global leader in microscope systems, is seeking a talented and experienced Global Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d), MIS Service. With a presence in multiple markets, we are committed to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Tasks

• You will be responsible for customer and market insights and understanding, including customer surveys and interaction with customers
• You define product growth opportunities in key market / customer segments on an ongoing basis
• You act as a thought partner to Service Product Management in designing roadmaps based on customer feedback
• You work on product value proposition and messaging and works closely with MarCom teams to develop content and product branding that resonates with customers
• You manage the content creation with the MarCom team (website, brochures, ect) to promote services

Requirements

• Master’s degree in engineering or business management
• Ideally several years of experience in marketing
• At least 5 years of overall professional experience
• Strong customer focus
• Experience in service – definition of customer needs and benefits
• Excellent communication skills with customers and across all levels of the organization
• You have a strong proven track record in marketing
• Commercial mindset with strong data-driven decision-making skills to assess product performance and market trends
• The ability to work effectively across different stakeholder groups in an international team environm
