OVERVIEW:
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for entering financial data correctly and accurately into a proprietary software program to allow automotive dealerships to calculate retail and lease finance deals.
What You’ll Do:
- Complete numerical data entry in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Prioritize daily work in a logical and orderly manner.
- Must have analytical data entry skills and learn continually as programs change and update.
- Able to take information, retain, and assist team members with new lender updates and information.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and be able to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate, show initiative, and be willing to perform duties like doing lender data and re-checks.
What You’ll Have:
- High School graduate or GED
- Analytical data entry skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
- Must be very detail-oriented
- Shows a positive attitude, is adaptable, and possesses a strong work ethic
- Displays excellent written and oral communication skills.
