About the position

Foamglas manufactures and provides insulation material that helps consumers and industries reduce their energy consumption. Here at Owens Corning, we are fully engaged in reducing our CO2 emissions by a series of ongoing investments. We are looking for a Sales Support Associate who will partner closely with the sales teams in the Central European area to ensure efficiency in the quotation process, allowing the sales engineers to increase their win rate in the specification stage.

What does success look like?

Reporting to the sales leader, the Sales Support Associate (Quotation) is dedicated to contacting and maintaining relationships with customers, providing quotes, and preparing negotiations for contracts.

• Quoting prices, preparing proposals, and providing information regarding terms and delivery, and supporting Sales with negotiating contracts.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with the sales team and customers through open, proactive, and interactive communication.
• Ensure proper level of authority is in place and followed on quotations.
• Provide information about products, terms of sale, and supply, and support in finding relevant documents for the customer (Sustainability, Product performance).
• Manage recurring existing business, e.g., small orders that don’t require quotation and Sales involvement.
