iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

As Junior Brand Manager – Pediatric Vaccines Franchise in our Marketing team you’ll support cross Vaccines Franchise projects together with Adult-& RSV- Vaccines Franchise, contribute to the pediatric customer focus brand planning for 2024/2025 with focus on hexavalent children vaccines & meningococcal vaccines and implementation of the operational activities, collaborate with the Pediatric marketing & cross functions teams (Medical, Sales, Communications, Omnichannel, Purchasing, Legal, Event Management). You will also work on development of omnichannel healthcare professional & lay public materials/ campaigns and monitor performance in regards of key indicators.
Main responsibilities:
- Contribution to Customer-/Brand planning: hand in hand with the Customer Engagement Leads for new & established brands (pediatric and meningococcal vaccines), development, preparation and operational implementation of the customer activation plans, at German level and interaction with global teams.
- Performance analysis of marketing campaigns and tactics.
- Development of marketing materials/campaigns, cross functional coordination with other departments (Sales, Regulatory, Legal, Communications, Purchasing, Event Management) and local agencies.
- Contribution to Sales meetings.
- Market analysis – in coordination with the analytics department and Omnichannel Team.
- Tracking & analysis of marketing activities performance impact and key performance indicators.
About you
Experience:
- Previous experience in similar position (e.g. marketing, customer engagement, communications or similar).
- Previous Pharma/Healthcare industry experience would be an advantage.
Soft and technical skills:
- Project management skills.
- Good presentation and communication skills, proactiveness, solution-focused, self-confident and agile personality with the strong sense of responsibility.
- Good skills in developing a variety of written and digital materials for audiences with different levels of understanding to the materials or subject matters presented.
- Good knowledge and understanding of information and communications technology especially about the new digital marketing channels and graphics for presentation materials.
Education:
- Master’s degree in Marketing or other relevant field.
Languages:
- Fluent English and very good command of German in oral and written form (at least B2 level).
