Your Tasks
- Using your extensive experience and drive for innovation you steer our renewables business through the next phase of the energy transition.
- Leading the Renewables & Power team within the Sector Energy Coverage in subject and technical matters you demonstrate strategic foresight, act as a role model and support the team members in their professional development.
- During all of this you remain deeply connected to our customers, actively ensure optimum service for some of our important clients as part of our One Face to the Customer strategy.
- Your team can count on your skillful coordination with regards to transactions, assuring perfect implementation of all processes throughout their lifecycle.
- Communicative, convincing and with technical skills to match, you negotiate with customers, legal experts as well as internal stakeholders and foster a holistic sector dialogue with them.
- Your marketing – founded on the bank’s and energy sector’s overall strategy – is pin-point in its precision, wows new customers and sources new transaction opportunities.
- And of course you help out our Deal teams during deal execution and are right at the forefront of our „Protect the bank“ efforts to handle and oversee non financial risk components.
Your Profile
- Experience as a team lead as well as relevant professional practice in international project finance in the area of renewable energy
- Passion for topics surrounding energy, renewables and finance.
- Preferably master’s degree in economics, law, engineering or MBA
- Good understanding of all elements of international project finance, such as financial modelling, due diligence, contracts, credit documentation, economic and regulatory conditions
- Ability to identify and solve key issues in transaction structures as well as to analyse and harmonise economic parameters with an awareness of risks
- Interested in the holistic management of complex customer relationships
- Teamplayer with a persuasive demeanour in front of customers and internal stakeholders
- Professional and efficient way of working in a demanding and dynamic environment
- Business fluent in German and English both written and spoken
