- Metallic fuselage experience to a good level of competence.
- Worked in an operational or product ‘hands-on’ environment e.g. Flight test a/c, a/c modifications, MRO, MRB, concessions or similar background.
- Relevant experience in fuselage primary structure, skins, frames, stringers and joints, not just clips or brackets.
- Able to work from first principles on a physical aircraft, being located adjacent to the hanger.
