Together with the restaurant manager you will ensure that your employees have everything a strong team needs. The restaurant is marketed as an independent concept in close cooperation with NENI, the concept provider, and is aimed specifically at the neighbourhood with eclectic Balagan-style dishes. Several times a year, Haya Molcho comes by in person and cooks together with all her colleagues. In our NENI Berlin we are looking forward to seeing you as a Restaurant Supervisor (f/m/d).
Job Description
How does your working day look like …
- You ensure smooth processes, clean tables and workstations in the ward so that you can work hand in hand as a team – even when all guests arrive at the same time.
- You work in a coordinated and structured manner in both the early and late shifts.
- You are responsible for the high standard of our food and ensure that colleagues enjoy an equally special service experience.
- Training new employees and trainees.
- As a trained restaurateur, you never run out of things to do and conjure up the wow on the guest’s face.
Qualifications

- You have management experience in a similar role and speak fluent English.
