Job Description:
We are looking to fill multiple roles immediately or by agreement for highly motivated Software Engineers, both Junior and Senior, to join our dynamic and innovative team. If you’re excited about stepping into the startup scene and contributing to groundbreaking projects applying machine learning in the financial industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you. These roles call for individuals with a strong drive to succeed, a passion for exploring new technologies, and a readiness to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and fun environment where new ideas and creativity are celebrated.
Responsibilities:
- Elicit software and architecture requirements from business and project goals.
- Coordinate software development activities (such as design, prototype, integrate, and test) in alignment with project goals and deadlines.
- Establish and maintain software development environment and CI/CD pipelines with a focus on specific requirements for AI applications.
- Contribute to standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation of software solutions.
- Support senior staff with the creation of clear visualizations and reports to communicate solution outcomes to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and algorithms in machine learning and cloud computing.
- Leverage cloud computing to accelerate development of AI applications and solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field. Bachelor’s students with good software development and data science skills will also be considered
- Knowledge in gathering software requirements, structuring, and testing software
- Experience in Python programming. Knowledge of libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch is desirable
- Basic knowledge with CI/CD tools.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and language models (e.g., GPT-4, Llama, etc.) is desirable.
- Knowledge in SQL databases, and frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph
- Knowledge and/or experience with AI capabilities of Azure (e.g., AI Studio, Foundry) or AWS (e.g., Bedrock, SageMaker) is desirable.
- Knowledge and/or experience with serverless architectures (Docker, Kubernetes).
