Your Mission

We’re looking for a hands-on Software Development Team Lead to help us create supply chain sustainability solutions which make an impact and elevate our talented team. If you have a strong background in TypeScript and React, along with a knack for understanding business needs and the ability to transform them into a working product, then we want to hear from you!
Our osapiens HUB is a modern, enterprise-grade application development platform. It provides everything needed to build powerful business applications in a „serverless“ fashion. This means users don’t need to worry about managing infrastructure, scaling, fail-over, or backups. Instead, users can focus on their highest value activities: implementing business logic and crafting beautiful user interfaces.
Your Responsibilities
As a Team Lead, you’ll blend technical, hands-on expertise with leadership skills to guide a motivated team (5-7 team members). Your responsibilities will include:Lead by Example: Actively participate in coding and code reviews, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
- Agile Advocate: Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning, to keep the team aligned and focused.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
