We are seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) (m/f/d) to lead our product marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, thought leadership, pipeline generation, customer acquisition, commercialization, and ultimately revenue and adoption growth within the supply chain management sector. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a deep understanding of technology marketing and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
What your Organization will do:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and product strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Ensure a seamless interlock between product strategy and external marketing communication.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Set marketing KPIs and track performance to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Event Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute event strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage a diverse range of events.
- Implement effective post-event follow-up strategies to nurture leads.
Brand Management:
- Build and maintain a strong brand identity and positioning for Supply Chain Management.
- Manage brand reputation and crisis communications.
Demand and Pipeline Generation:
- Develop and implement effective demand generation strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate qualified leads.
Content Marketing:
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to launch new products.
- Create high-quality product marketing materials.
Customer Marketing:
- Build strong relationships with strategic customers and foster customer loyalty.
Organizational Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing organization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to align marketing efforts with customer needs.
A thorough understanding of Supply Chain software solutions and processes, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide well-conceived conclusions are required. Familiarity with working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural organization is necessary.

- Extensive experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably within the supply chain or logistics industry.
