Your mission:
- Your mission includes the organization of smooth business trips,
mainly flight, train, rental car and hotel bookings. - You will record, monitor and manage travel-related data in our systems and create analyses and evaluations.
- You will be responsible for the organization of our vehicle fleet.
- Other administrative tasks will complement your mission and will be discussed in more detail in an interview.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training with technical affinity or technical vocational training with commercial understanding Industrial clerk, office management clerk, travel agent or comparable qualifications.
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
- Organizational and coordination skills.
- You enjoy working in a team and contribute to rapid decision-making with your clear and effective communication.
- Confident handling of MS Office, as well as initial knowledge of ERP software.
- Good knowledge of German and English, additional language skills an advantage.
