Role Overview

In this newly created role, you will own the development of Zühlke’s CRM platform, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver value-driven solutions that support data-driven decisions, marketing, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with users and stakeholders to gather feedback and align the CRM roadmap with business needs.
• Understand user expectations and business drivers to deliver valuable products.
• Prioritize high-impact problems and refine stories to ensure focus on benefits.
• Manage dependencies and contribute to solution design.
• Own the delivery pipeline, ensuring each item adds value.
• Implement user-centric decision-making to enhance platform usability.
• Collaborate with your team to develop innovative solutions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner.
• Knowledge of user experience design, automation, and digitization.
• Deep understanding of CRM systems, especially MS Dynamics in sales and marketing automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and proactive approach.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Information Technology or a related field; additional certifications in product ownership, UX, or project management are a plus.
• Fluent in English; other languages are beneficial.
