• Completed commercial/business training and/or university degree in a relevant field
• Practical experience in Sales
• Experience in project management and industry knowledge in the higher education sector
• Very good knowledge of German (min. C1) and English, written and spoken
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
• A high degree of initiative, organizational talent, and empathy

Your Responsibilities
We are seeking a new colleague to join our Sales DACH Team in Hamburg on a full-time basis (40 hours/week), starting as soon as possible.
The opportunity:
As a Program Consultant, you will support program development and be part of our Corporate Partnerships Structure. You will coordinate relevant processes, information, documentation, and oversee the development of study programs. You will work closely across locations with academics, sales, and other key stakeholders.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
- Advising and supporting prospective students
- Managing the sales pipeline
- Collaborating with Sales for the placement of dual candidates
- Research and conception activities for program development
- Administrative activities related to the dual study program
- Organizing and implementing information events
- Coordinating processes, information, and documentation
- Research activities for program development
- Collaborating with Sales, Academic Program Development, Marketing, Finance, and Admissions departments
