Job Description
We are hiring skilled and technically capable candidates for a Printing Technology & Bookbinding opportunity in Germany. Candidates with experience in industrial bookbinding, paper processing, machine operation, production, or packaging machinery are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities

Operate and set up cutting and folding machines.

Monitor and control production processes to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain high-quality standards for finished products.

Perform regular quality inspections and identify production defects.

Carry out minor machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient machine operations.

Work independently and carefully throughout the production process.
Requirements
- Preferably completed vocational training as an industrial bookbinder, with good technical knowledge of cutting and folding.
- Alternatively, a vocational qualification in a trade or technical field, with strong practical skills and technical understanding.
- Experience in a production facility is an advantage, ideally in paper processing.
- Candidates with experience as machine fitters, plant operators, or packaging machinery mechanics are also welcome.
- Willingness to undergo intensive training in new areas of responsibility.
- German language skills at A2 level (B1 preferred).
