High quality standards, innovative technologies, and a clear orientation toward the future make Aenova a strong partner and an attractive employer.Act as Finance Business Partner to Cluster Operations Head (and Plant Leadership Teams)Co-own P&L, mange performance of the four sites in the cluster (Switzerland, Rumania, U.S.)Perform analyses to generate insights and develop actions including cost structures, productivity, product profitability, and working capitalServe as partner to the Group CFO, provide strategic decision supportFurther develop controlling standards, tools, and data quality in close collaboration with Group ControllingLead a >€50m investment program, including business case development and post-investment trackingDrive budgeting, forecasting, and mid-term planning, ensuring a strong link between operational reality and strategic objectivesFoster a performance-driven and continuous improvement culture across operationsEstablish robust controls and mange risksLead a Swiss and Romanian team across controlling, accounting, and related functionsThis role reports directly to the Group CFOYour profile10+ years of experience in operational finance, most recently as Finance Director or VP Operations FinanceProven hands-on expertise in plant and production controlling across multiple sites, combined with a strong strategic perspectiveDemonstrated track record of delivering results and driving changeBackground in management consulting (strategy or operations-focused) is a plus, particularly with exposure to manufacturing or industrial environmentsExperience in pharma, consumer goods, or industrial/high-volume manufacturing preferredDegree in business administration, economics, or a comparable field from a leading university, good academic credentialsGood expertise in controlling, FP&A, accounting, and finance processes and systems (e.g. SAP)Highly analytical, pragmatic, and results-driven with a clear bias for executionStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent in German and English, Romanian would be a plusThe role is located at one of our Swiss sites in Sisseln (Basel area) or Kirchberg (St Gallen area)Your motivationAre you looking for new challenges in a highly competitive environment?
