We are actively seeking a dynamic and innovative Tech Co-Founder (future CTO) f/m/d to join Aiones. If you have a passion for AI, a drive for innovation, and a desire to be at the forefront of technological advancements, this is the opportunity for you.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Co-create and drive the vision for Aiones

• Hands-on development of our systems and product lineup

• Oversee and manage server and deployment landscape

• Build and lead a talented technical team, fostering collaboration and innovation

• Bridge the gap from strategy to technical implementation

Requirements

**What you bring to the team:
**

• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a demanding startup environment

• Effective communication and collaboration skills

• Strong knowledge of server infrastructure, cloud deployment and system integration

• Well experienced with different types of databases (e.g. Neo4j, Postgres, Qdrant)

• Expertise in CI/CD procedures and software development cycles

• Deeply interested in artificial intelligence and machine learning

• Fluent in English, German or any other languages are a plus

• Previous startup experience is a plus
