We are actively seeking a dynamic and innovative Tech Co-Founder (future CTO) (f/m/d) to join Aiones. If you have a passion for AI, a drive for innovation, and a desire to be at the forefront of technological advancements, this is the opportunity for you.
Tasks
Responsibilities:

Co-create and drive the vision for Aiones

Hands-on development of our systems and product lineup

Oversee and manage server and deployment landscape

Build and lead a talented technical team, fostering collaboration and innovation

Bridge the gap from strategy to technical implementation
Requirements
What you bring to the team:
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a demanding startup environment
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Strong knowledge of server infrastructure, cloud deployment and system integration
- Well experienced with different types of databases (e.g. Neo4j, Postgres, Qdrant)
- Expertise in CI/CD procedures and software development cycles
- Deeply interested in artificial intelligence and machine learning
- Fluent in English, German or any other languages are a plus
- Previous startup experience is a plus
