Your Tasks
- Take on IT support: You are the first point of contact for our employees with IT-related questions and issues
- Analyze and resolve faults: You perform error analysis and resolve problems in the areas of hardware, software, and network
- Set up workstations: You set up PC workstations and support our predominantly Microsoft-based IT environment
- Operate systems reliably: You ensure stable IT operations and, where necessary, coordinate collaboration with external service providers
- Document and further develop IT: You keep our IT documentation up to date and assist in maintaining operating manuals, network diagrams, and other technical documentation
Your Profile
- Completed IT vocational training, e.g., as an IT specialist for system integration, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in IT support and troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of Windows, Windows Server, and Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of Linux administration
- Service-oriented, communicative, and independent way of working
- Very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
