About the Role

In this vital role, you’ll support our senior partners directly, interacting closely with clients to provide the exceptional service that sets us apart. You’ll play a pivotal role in monitoring portfolios, handling client requests, and assisting in compliance duties—all within a supportive and highly professional environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3+ years in wealth management with an eagerness to advance in the industry.
• Proficiency in Office tools and a keen interest in learning new technologies.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills —capable of balancing detail-oriented work under pressure.
• Autonomy and team spirit —you’re as comfortable taking the lead as you are collaborating.
• Exceptional communication in both English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Confidentiality and accuracy —your clients and team can always rely on you.
• High energy level – you enjoy hard work and want to thrive in a high energy environment.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a primary contact for clients, managing daily communications and client requests.
• Support portfolio management, cash balances, and documentation preparation.
• Take responsibility for KYC and account opening forms.
• Provide administrative and compliance support, including document filing, client summaries, and correspondence.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and assist with Chief Compliance Officer duties.
