Verantwortungsbereiche
- Support the development of Avaloq's corporate strategy and development agenda, translating priorities into actionable plans
- Conduct analyses, financial models, business cases, and market assessments to inform decisions
- Collaborate with sales, delivery, service operations, technology, finance, and other functions on strategic initiatives
- Prepare high-quality materials for executive leadership and structure management discussions
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, private equity, or equivalent senior strategic role
- Exposure to banking, fintech, B2B software, or tech-enabled business models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modelling and business case development
- Ability to structure complex topics into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership, curiosity, and a hands-on mindset
- Excellent written and verbal English; German or Italian is a plus
