We are looking for a manufacturing company based in Rietberg to fill the following position as soon as possible:

Production Machine Operator (m/f/d).

What awaits you

• Operation, monitoring, and setup of production facilities and machinery
• Loading the systems with raw materials and removing the finished components
• Conducting quality and visual inspections
• Monitoring the production process and resolving minor malfunctions
• Documenting production and test results
• Assisting with maintenance and cleaning of the machines
• Compliance with quality, safety, and occupational safety regulations

What you should bring

• Initial work experience as a machine operator (m/f/d), production worker (m/f/d), or in a comparable field
• Experience in metalworking is a plus
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Willingness to work shifts
• A meticulous and quality-conscious approach to work
• Ability to work in a team, reliability, and dedication
• Good written and spoken German
