As a Product Manager, you’ll take responsibility for key digital products and shape their success from concept through to scaling.
Your Mission
You will take on entrepreneurial responsibility for our digital iCorr® solutions. As a Product Manager (m/f/x), you will combine customer needs, technological possibilities, and business objectives to create successful products. From the initial idea through product strategy to market success, you will actively shape the digital future of our industry.
Your future responsibilities include
- actively shaping the strategy and roadmap for our digital products and making a significant contribution to our financial success
- identifying customer needs and market opportunities and developing innovative data, software, and AI solutions
- managing our products throughout their entire lifecycle and jointly overseeing implementation with agile development teams
- data-driven decision-making based on customer feedback, user behavior, and business KPIs
- developing sustainable business models, pricing strategies, and new digital services
- ensuring compliance with current regulatory requirements for digital products
- working closely with customers, sales, service, and international teams, and successfully launching products to market
Your professional and personal profile
- a degree in engineering or comparable training
- several years of experience in product management for digital products or SaaS solutions, ideally in a B2B or industrial setting
- a proven track record of success in developing, launching, and scaling digital products
- experience collaborating with agile development teams and using modern product management methods
- understanding of data-driven products, cloud technologies, Industrial IoT, and AI applications
- entrepreneurial mindset, a high degree of personal responsibility, and a keen sense of business context
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
- excellent English skills and willingness to travel
