The BLP Academy happens in person, and so does this role: you are in the room with our clients for every cohort. /p h3Your Mission /h3 pYou run the room. Two to three days in Zurich that set the tone for every implementation that follows. /p pBefore a project kicks off, our clients send the people who will carry it, their BLP Champions, to the BLP Academy. They learn hands‑on on our platform, work through real project scenarios, and meet peers from other enterprises facing the same challenges. Across 1,300+ projects, the customer team has made the difference between a smooth and a slow implementation, so these days matter. /p pYou make them count. You welcome every participant, run and own the sessions, and set the energy in the room from the first coffee to the last evening. You bring in our BLP experts for deep dives and make sure their expertise lands. Our clients go home certified, connected and ready for their implementation, after an unforgettable few days in Zurich. And as BLP expands across Europe and North America, the Academy will grow with it, with you shaping what that looks like. /p pThat takes an unusual mix: part entertainer, part teacher, part professor, with a real curiosity for processes and AI. If you light up a room and make complex things simple at the same time, read on. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3In the room /h3 ul liHost every Academy cohort in Zurich: welcome our clients, set the tone, and be their main point of contact from arrival to departure. /li liLead the sessions: present, explain, and guide participants through hands‑on exercises on the BLP platform. /li liPace every hands‑on block to the room, giving fast learners space to go deeper while making sure nobody gets left behind. /li liModerate the deep‑dive sessions with BLP experts and connect their content to each participant's situation. /li liKeep the energy high across two to three intense days, and host the evenings and everything around the program. /li /ul h3Around each cohort /h3 ul liGet every participant ready before they arrive, so the Academy starts with momentum on day one. /li liMake sure every participant completes the BLP Champion Certification and goes home ready for their implementation. /li liCollect feedback and participant NPS, and make every cohort better than the last. /li /ul h3Beyond the classroom /h3 ul liBring the Academy experience to new formats as they launch, from online learning programs for our clients and certification for our implementation partners to onboarding for new BLP colleagues. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liEnergy – You bring the room to life on day one and still have it on day three, evenings included. /li liOwning a Room – You lead groups with confidence, from senior client audiences to hands‑on sessions, and know when to push, when to pause and when to make people laugh. /li liPatience and Empathy – You notice who is struggling before they say so, and you adapt the pace of a hands‑on session to each participant. /li liCommunication – You make complex topics simple and convincing, and you can tell whether a participant has really understood or is just nodding. /li liCredibility – You hold your own with senior experts and executives, because you think in structures and understand what you are talking about. /li liCuriosity for Processes and AI – You want to understand how enterprise processes run and what AI changes about them, and you learn fast. /li liHost Mindset – You care that every participant has a great experience, keep a multi‑day program running smoothly, and notice the details that make it work. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liYou know how to lead a room, whether that’s a workshop, a training, an event or a client meeting, ideally with senior audiences. We care more about how you got that experience than where: consulting, teaching, events, tech or team leadership all count. /li liYou’ve gained several years of professional and relevant experience, in any industry or along any path. /li liYou’re excited about AI and how it changes the way businesses work, and you can’t wait to get to know the BLP platform inside out. /li liYou’re fluent in German and English, both spoken and written. This is a must, because you’ll run Academy sessions in both languages, often for senior client audiences. /li liProven experience designing and delivering trainings, workshops, or customer onboarding sessions yourself, ideally to business or technical audiences. /li liExperience with ERP systems or finance processes, workshop or event formats, or AI‑driven SaaS is a plus. /li /ul h3How You Grow /h3 pAs BLP grows, the Academy grows with it, and so does this role.
