We have dedicated engineering teams for each product. As a team, we also strive to own and shape how we work together and how we grow, both as individuals and as a team. /p h3What you'll do /h3 ul liDrive Impact: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into possible improvements to our product. /li liBuild Great Software: Design and develop clean, maintainable, and high-quality software, applying a wide range of principles including functional patterns. Conduct code reviews and contribute to a culture of technical excellence. /li liLead and Influence: Guide technical direction for major initiatives, shape how the product evolves and mentor team members along the way. /li liPromote Innovation and Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, share what you learn openly, and continuously improve processes, tools, and team practices. /li liThe Tech Stack for this role includes Golang, MySQL, Docker images deployed on a Kubernetes cluster in our cloud infrastructure (GCS, AWS or Azure) and Github CI/CD. /li /ul h3What you’ll bring /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. /li li3+ years of experience in a software engineering role. /li liPassionate about software craftsmanship: Strong understanding of software development principles, Clean Code and Clean Architecture. /li liProduct thinking: Ability to translate business problems into precise requirements, specifications and ultimately into code. /li liEntrepreneurial mindset: link your daily work to team and company goals, balance cost and benefit, deliver high-quality solutions efficiently. /li liOwnership: take responsibility for your technical work, for the product we build and the team we shape. /li liTeam-oriented: proactively support team goals, close gaps. /li liAbstraction and efficient communication: simplify complex systems, identify core concepts, communicate complex ideas to different stakeholders. /li /ul h3What you’ll get /h3 ul liFull ownership.
