About the role As a Regional Sales Manager at Bolt for Business, you will lead up to 8 local sales teams across multiple countries to acquire and grow corporate clients, helping businesses of all sizes manage their employee mobility and ground transportation needs at scale. Main tasks and responsibilities:✓ Lead International Sales Teams: Manage and coach multiple country-based B2B sales teams to achieve regional revenue targets and drive consistently high performance.✓ Strategic Planning & Execution: Own the go-to-market strategy across your region, including team structure, lead allocation, pipeline planning, and setting ambitious KPIs tailored to corporate sales cycles.✓ Revenue & Business Growth: Focus on acquiring high-value corporate accounts that deliver strong ROI, drive platform adoption, and support Bolt for Business's expansion across markets.✓ Build & Scale the Team: Recruit and develop a high-performing, cross-country B2B sales organization in close collaboration with the recruitment team.✓ Drive Innovation & Problem Solving: Identify growth blockers within corporate sales motions and implement scalable solutions; lead entrepreneurial projects to test and expand new approaches to enterprise acquisition.✓ Senior Leadership & Industry Insight: Lead key contract negotiations with enterprise clients, provide accurate sales forecasts to senior leadership, coach sales managers, and monitor market trends and competitor activity in the B2B mobility space. About you✓ You have an entrepreneurial mindset — you're comfortable with ambiguity, take ownership, and are always looking for smarter ways to grow and scale.✓ You bring 3+ years of experience leading B2B or enterprise sales teams, including performance management & coaching and direct B2B sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor, ideally in a digital marketplace, mobility or enterprise services.✓ You are highly analytical, using data-driven insights for pipeline planning, budgeting, and resource allocation across multiple markets.✓ You're proficient in Salesforce and comfortable using it to manage complex B2B pipelines and track team performance.✓ You have experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L ownership within a B2B sales context and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, quickly adapting to challenges with solution-oriented strategies.✓ You have strong presentation and executive-level communication skills and are fluent in English and open to frequent travel across multiple markets to support and connect with local teams.
