First and Second Level Support
- Receiving, analysing and resolving IT faults and service requests (remotely and on-site)
- Classifying, prioritising and documenting requests
- Fault analysis and troubleshooting for hardware and software
- Escalating complex requests to Third Level Support
System administration
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of clients, peripheral devices and mobile devices
- User and rights management (e.g. Active Directory)
- Maintenance and further development of the IT system landscape
Network & Infrastructure
- Support with the administration of networks (LAN/WLAN, VPN)
- Monitoring of system availability and performance
IT Security & Documentation
- Implementation of IT security policies
- Creation and maintenance of system and user documentation
Training & Support
- Support and training for users regarding IT systems and applications
Your profile
- Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist for system integration) or equivalent qualification
- Initial professional experience in IT support (first/second level) is desirable
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft environments, as well as Linux
- Basic knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Service-oriented, structured and independent working style
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Very good command of German
