- Main contact person for our customers throughout the entire project
- Independent supervision and management of projects - from planning and commissioning to final acceptance
- Definition, management and monitoring of milestones (sales/engineering/operations/after-sales)
- Capacity planning and resource coordination (employees, materials, times)
- Controlling: monitoring budgets, time and material usage, and post-calculation
- Internal and external communication on project status (e.g. design reviews, preliminary acceptance, change and delay management)
- Supporting the sales team with technical clarification, calculation and quotation preparation
- Knowledge management and sharing of lessons learned
Your profile
- Completed training, further education or studies in a technical field
- Experience or keen interest in special machine construction
- Very good technical understanding and enjoyment of complex projects
- Structured, organised working style combined with flexibility and solution orientation
- Strong communication skills, confident and service-oriented in dealing with customers and colleagues
- Ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations
- Hands-on mentality and process-oriented thinking
- English language skills and willingness to travel
