Ihre Aufgaben:
- Keep construction quality on track: You supervise the proper execution of work on rail and infrastructure construction sites and ensure that agreed quality standards are met.
- Ensure quality and deadlines: You monitor construction quality, project progress and schedules, identifying deviations at an early stage.
- Document construction progress: You maintain clear and reliable documentation of the construction process, record relevant events and support defect management.
- Coordinate inspections and site meetings: You support inspections and construction meetings and coordinate with clients, planners, contractors and other project stakeholders.
- Support contract and change management: You support contract-related matters and change-order management while ensuring complete and accurate project documentation.
- Take responsibility on site: You act as a key interface on the construction site, make well-founded decisions and help ensure that the project progresses reliably.
Ihr Profil:
- Qualification as a Bauüberwacher Bahn or Fachbauüberwacher
- Professional experience in railway infrastructure
- Technical vocational qualification or university degree, ideally in civil engineering or a comparable technical field
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
- Very good German language skills
- Valid Class B driving licence
- Willingness to work on projects throughout Germany
