Join an international customer support team in Athens and be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers. Paid training is provided, and previous experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Key details
- Location: Athens, Greece (on-site)
- Language: German (C1) and English (B2+)
- Salary: €1,300 gross/month × 14 salaries per year (€18,200 gross/year)
- Contract: 8 months, with potential for extension
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, fixed or rotating day shifts, with occasional weekend shifts in some teams
What you will do
- Handle inbound customer contacts via phone, email and chat, professionally and with empathy
- Resolve account, billing, order and delivery questions, and process refunds, cancellations and claims
- Escalate complex cases and document every interaction accurately in CRM systems
What we are looking for
- Native-level or C1 German, and English B2 or higher
- Good PC skills and a typing speed of at least 25 WPM
- Customer-oriented mindset, strong communication and problem-solving skills (customer service experience is valued, not required)
