Skills and Qualifications

• You have a bachelor´s degree in chemistry/biochemistry or similar or a professional job training as laboratory assistant.
• You have initial experience in handling LC/MS devices and in biochemical analysis.
• You are conscientious in the implementation and documentation of laboratory processes.
• You enjoy result-oriented work and a structured approach.
• You are confident in using MS Office applications.
• You are very good in English.
• You impress with strong communication skills, team spirit and a quick grasp of things.

Your Tasks

As Medical Technologist, you will perform biochemical routine analyzes on patient samples in a high-throughput environment. This includes sample preparation, carrying out the analyzes in the laboratory and evaluating and checking the results. Fluorometric enzyme activity assays and mass spectrometric biomarker concentration determinations (LC/MS) are performed. In summary, you support the HTT biochemistry department in the following areas:

• Carrying out and documentation of biochemical analyzes in the laboratory.
• Technical evaluation, checking and documentation of the analyzes results.
• Working according to GCLP guidelines.
• Maintenance and care of the analytical devices (LC/MS).
