(Senior) Director Business Development (all genders) at Climedo. This role acts as a key bridge between Climedo and new customers, contributing to the digital transformation of healthcare and helping accelerate growth through long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities
- Build sustainable customer relationships at expert and management levels and maintain them over time.
- Ensure measurable success through an analytical approach including regular reporting.
- Conduct regular research and analysis of customer needs, problems, interests and competitive activity and derive proactive strategies for new product features and services.
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales process—from preparation and conducting conversations to CRM documentation and regular follow-ups.
- Actively support growth by proactively reaching out to potential customers via email, phone, and in-person at events.
- Assist in developing the operational sales plan, aligning with company goals.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Business Development/B2B-Enterprise Pharma eClinical sales, with solid knowledge of clinical studies and a background in Pharma and/or CRO environments.
- Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills. Drive, ambition, energy, and intrinsic motivation to solve challenges creatively and entrepreneurially.
- Clear goal-setting with an analytical, KPI-oriented mindset. Technical affinity, quick comprehension, and strong presentation skills to be a competent and trusted partner for prospects and customers.
- Experience with MS Office and CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Fluent German (C2) and English (C1) in negotiation.
