Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Leading the HR department, in full compliance with the applicable statutory and corporate requirements
- Act as a collaborative and influential leader demonstrating critical interpersonal relationship and judgement skills, which are required to develop and assess the senior management population and influence business outcomes
- Coach, mentor and contribute to the development of business leaders
- Relation management to worker councils
- Work across all levels of the organization to provide HR guidance and service support
- Manage employee relations and provide conflict resolution support
- Support and / or lead HR sponsored corporate projects and initiatives
- Partner with the business to build a high performance work team culture and environment
- Partner with the business to assess, manage and/or deliver training and development activities
Education and Work Experience:
- Knowledge of the full scope of human resources activities, both operational and analytical
- Good people management skills and ability to inspire and engage
- Solid knowledge and experience in German employment law & Experience in collaboration with worker council
- Gains the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticity
- Demonstrated business acumen
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Good ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and within a network organization
- Minimum Bachelor degree, Master Degree preferred in relevant discipline, or equivalent training and experience
- At least 5 years relevant HR experience in high tech environment and manufacturing site
- Must have experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Fluency in German and English
