Job Description and Responsibilities:
Leading the HR department, in full compliance with the applicable statutory and corporate requirements. Act as a collaborative and influential leader demonstrating critical interpersonal relationship and judgement skills, which are required to develop and assess the senior management population and influence business outcomes. Coach, mentor and contribute to the development of business leaders. Relation management to worker councils. Work across all levels of the organization to provide HR guidance and service support. Manage employee relations and provide conflict resolution support. Support and/or lead HR sponsored corporate projects and initiatives. Partner with the business to build a high performance work team culture and environment. Partner with the business to assess, manage and/or deliver training and development activities.
Education and Work Experience:
- Knowledge of the full scope of human resources activities, both operational and analytical.
- Good people management skills and ability to inspire and engage.
- Solid knowledge and experience in German employment law & experience in collaboration with worker council.
- Gains the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticity.
- Demonstrated business acumen.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Good ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and within a network organization.
- Minimum Bachelor degree, Master Degree preferred in relevant discipline, or equivalent training and experience.
- At least 5 years relevant HR experience in high tech environment and manufacturing site.
- Must have experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Fluency in German and English.
