Your Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored digital advertising solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and industry developments.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent German (C1 level or higher) with strong English communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous experience in digital advertising, PPC, sales, or account management (6–12 months preferred).
- Experience in outbound or cold sales is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Genuine interest in sales, marketing, and digital technologies.
- Valid authorization to work in Spain.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive annual salary between €24,310 and €30,000, depending on experience.
- Performance-based bonus of up to €3,000–€4,290 annually.
