Your Role - Build Partnerships, Drive Growth Take ownership of building, developing, and expanding our network of strategic partners and multipliers within banks and financial institutions Establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and corporate coverage officers Drive growth across key partnership channels by identifying, developing and executing cross-selling and upselling opportunities Lead and support the partner referral process, ensuring seamless collaboration between bank partners and internal sales, client success and capital markets teams to maximize conversion and client satisfaction Educate, inspire and activate our partner network to increase awareness of CRX products and services and commercial success Act as the primary relationship owner for referral partners within banks, ensuring a high level of engagement, satisfaction, and long-term strategic collaboration Manage the day-to-day operation of the partnership ecosystem, including maintaining accurate partner data, referral pipelines, and reporting within the CRM system (HubSpot), while driving process improvements and operational excellence Deliver exceptional and proactive client service while representing CRX professionally What We’re Looking For Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Banking, Finance or a related field 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech Partnership or a similar environment Strong network and proven relationship management experience within banks, financial institutions, or other strategic partners Energetic and commercially driven personality with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Pro-active, self-motivated, and service-oriented mindset, confident in challenging the status quo with innovative ideas Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Fluent in German and English – other languages are a plus What you Get A role with real ownership and direct impact on the CRX success story Access to top-tier banks, financing partners and corporate clients A highly professional, fast-moving, and collaborative team Hybrid setup in Frankfurt or Munich Attractive compensation and benefits (Wellpass / SpenditCard, Corporate Benefits, etc.) 28 days holiday + December 24 & 31 off Strong learning curve and career growth in a scaling marketplace business Ready to build something?
